Miley Cyrus Inspired These 6 Celebrity Halloween Costumes
It seems Miley Cyrus' controversial VMA performance earlier this year is truly standing the test of time — every celebrity and morning show host wants to dress as the controversial pop star this Halloween. In the past week, we’ve counted a total of six Cyrus celebrity clones, with the possibility of more emerging over the course of the weekend. And you can bet there will be dozens running through your streets Thursday night, coming at you like wrecking balls and causing you to have nightmares about full-sized dolls and teddy bear onesies. All in the spirit of Halloween, I suppose.
Even Cyrus herself somehow came up with a way to subtly reference herself with her clever “Lil Kim at the 1999 VMAs” costume — a very astute choice, considering she's the reigning queen of VMAs controversy. And members of the celebrity community must be having a difficult time forgetting the 2013 VMA must-watch TV moment, judging by their costumes referencing the twerking Robin Thicke stage-sharer.
So who dressed as Cyrus this Halloween? Click on to see the best Miley Cyrus costumes this holiday, which leave us asking just one thing: Can the real Miley Cyrus please stand up? (Or at least stop twerking?)
Crystal Harris
Hugh Hefner and his current girlfriend went the couple's costume route, dressing up as Cyrus and self-professed twerking victim Robin Thicke. Or, as Hef sees it, Cyrus and pajamas.

Kelly Ripa
On LIVE with Kelly and Michael Halloween morning, Kelly Ripa and cohost Michael Strahan were wholly committed to the Miley theme. Ripa twerked and sang on stage with Strahan (dressed as Robin Thicke) and a dancing bear. The show also aired an outtake of Ripa, tearing off the bear costume to reveal a replica of Cyrus' nude, latex two piece. (The host also paid tribute to the singer by airing a spoof of Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" video.) Hey, if anyone looks as good as the 20-year-old Cyrus, it's 43-year-old Ripa.

Jill Martin
The New York Knicks broadcaster and fashion contributor to the TODAY show did her best Cyrus impression on this morning's telecast. Slam dunk?

Joan Rivers
Joan Rivers went Cyrus in a disturbing, but original, way on E! Fashion Police's Halloween episode earlier this week. Good thing she can use that tongue to lick the cotton candy off her head.

Lara Spencer
Good Morning America anchor Lara Spencer came in like a wrecking ball... literally. On Thursday morning's Halloween show, Spencer incorporated Cyrus' creepy teddy bear costume with the costar of her new music video, "Wrecking Ball."
