Ariel Winter has learned a thing or two about dressing for formal events thanks to her Modern Family-stardom. Ariel Winter won prom in the most beautiful lace gown and posed for Instagram pictures with boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette by her side.

It's only natural that Winter had a spectacular gown for prom, following her epic prom-posal from Gaudette, who surprised Winter with flowers and a prom sign, much like what occurs in every teen movie ever. Winter rocked a floor-length navy lace gown with cap sleeves, a plunging neckline, and a low back. She decided to keep her hair simple, rather than opting for the traditional prom hair, wearing it in long loose waves (kind of sad to see her blue hair go though, to be honest).

Winter paired her chic prom look with a simple smokey eye and neutral lipstick, looking like a total bombshell, even though she is only in high school. Oh, how nice it would've been to go through my awkward phase with the help of professional makeup artists and a mentor like Sofia Vergara. Winter is one lucky girl.
