Royal Baby #2 Is Coming & Twitter Is Going Nuts

The day has finally come: According to BBC, Kate Middleton is in labor, and has been admitted to St. Mary's Hospital in London. In other words, we can officially say it — Prince George's younger sibling and royal baby number two is on its way! Yes, I am American born and raised, but that hasn't stopped me and millions of other fellow countrymen to be absolutely captivated by the lives and times of the British royal family. I mean, I don't think anyone is immune to a little royal drama. (I think The Royals is proving this fascination.)

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, reportedly shared her due date as "mid-April to the end of April," and since then, fans have been anxiously awaiting. Now that it's been announced that Middleton is in labor — on May 2, which is not quite "mid-April to the end of April," but close enough! — people are taking to social media to express their well wishes.

Back in 2013, the adorable Prince George threw the world into a frenzy when his birth was announced, with a peak of 25,300 tweets per minute! So, it goes without saying that baby #2 is going to rival these numbers and be born into a world of admiration and lots of love.
