When you think of Hollywood stars who are fashion icons, Kristen Stewart may not be the first name that jumps to your mind. That's fair maybe, but Stewart still has some spring wardrobe inspiration for all of us in the form of the always-stylish, ever-evolving jumpsuit. Stewart is a big fan of the jumpsuit/red carpet onesie, and I can't say I blame her.
Jumpsuits are versatile, comfortable, surprising, and provide an opportunity to make everyone look twice on the red carpet. And, personally, that's what I always aim for on the red carpet of my life — which looks more like me walking around the mall than an actual red carpet, by the way, but I digress.
Whether she's opting for lace and silk or a simple, black number, Stewart is a big fan of jumpsuits in general (oh, and Chanel). So who better to gain some spring inspiration from, right? Sometimes the best style muse of all is the person who doesn't really seem like she cares all that much about fashion; she just looks good and knows how to pick out a jumpsuit. And the critics? Meh, not really important. It works for Stewart, so why can't it work for all of us Normals?
1. Red Lace
This reminds me of like a sexy Mrs. Claus... but in a good way.
2. Black Lace
My favorite jumpsuit EVER (besides all of K. Stew's other ones).
3. Crop Top Or Jumpsuit?
It's hard to tell if this is all one jumpsuit, but I'm pretty sure it is — and either way, it looks fabulous.
4. Glitter!
Nothing better than a glittery jumpsuit...
5. MORE Glitter! And Sneakers
...except maybe a glittery jumpsuit with sneakers.
6. Checkerboard
Black and white is always a great option.
7. Is It Or Isn't It?
Shorts and top or jumpsuit? Again, it's hard to tell, but this look is spot-on.
8. Again: Is It Or Isn't It?
Please, please let it be another black lace jumpsuit!
9. All Black Everything
All-black jumpsuits are the way to GO, guys.
10. A Western Onesie?
Or a black lace jumpsuit with a Western twist, I guess.
11. From The Back
BOOM. If Meryl Streep were to wear a jumpsuit, it would be this one — what more inspiration do you need?
