Rob's Struggles Are Addressed On 'KUWTK'
Every single time I saw a preview for Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians the week before it aired, I mumbled the same to two words: Oh, brother. (I guess pun intended?) Rob hasn't been a part of the show for a while, but the preview suggested he would be one of the foci of this week's ep. As much as I root for reality TV drama and mayhem, I root for Rob Kardashian's well being more. I just want Kris Jenner’s youngest kid to be well, to be happy, and to live his best life. That said, I get the impression KUWTK doesn’t fit in with Rob’s “live that best life” plan. I really didn’t want to see him or his personal issues dragged out in front of the E! cameras.
Unless phone calls count, Rob did not make a kameo on Sunday night's episode. Regardless, he was still a major part of the ep. The reason: The family is worried about his health. Kris, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and a man in a suit orchestrated some sort of surprise therapy thing (full disclosure: I missed the details because my cable cut out BOTH TIMES the family discussed the plan and would not let me rewind. What are the effing odds?).
Rob was not on board with this plan. Not one bit. After six strangers showed up outside his room at Khloe's house to begin whatever the therapy process was without warning, he called Khloe to confront her about it. They argued about the "ambush." He hung up after she told him to "accept the f**king help." He was not into accepting the f**king help. Understandably, his family struggled with what to do next. Kris and Khloe reluctantly opted to cut him off. And that is how the episode ended.
Whatever it is that is going on, forever rooting for you, Rob. You got this, bro.
