21 Songs That Will Motivate You To Hit The Gym
Now that spring has finally sprung, one thing seems to be on everybody’s mind: working out. If the April sunshine has thawed your long-forgotten New Year's resolution to hit the gym more often in 2015, you're probably in search of some helpful exercise tips right now. I'm not an expert by any means, but if jogging clumsily on treadmills (and occasionally outside) for years has taught me anything, it’s this: workouts are so much better with music. So, this spring, why not pump up your workout playlist with a bunch of new songs that can make breaking a sweat a whole lot more enjoyable?
Personally, I think it’s really important to keep your workout playlist fresh. After all, hearing just the right song at just the right moment can be the difference between having a good session and a great one. I look for new tunes to add to my iPod just about every week (though not everyone is as music-obsessed as I am). Find what works best for you — and then make sure your playlist is ready-to-go ahead of time.
Here are 21 songs that will motivate you to hit the gym (and help you have a great workout once you get there):
Clean Bandit — "Stronger"
"Stronger" is guaranteed to put you in a fitness frame of mind.
