Congratulations are in order for this Hollywood couple: According to E!, Sam Worthington and Lara Bingle welcomed their first child "a few days ago." Though not many details have been released at this time, the gossip site reports that they have confimed Bingle gave birth to a baby boy. As Us Weekly adds from a source close to the couple:
"The baby was coming any day for the last week. Their families came in and they've been staying at his place," The source reportedly told Us. "Sam couldn't be happier." How absolutely aww-worthy is that?!
Details about the couple's newborn — including his name, as well as his actual birthdate — are being kept under wraps for the time being.
The couple has been a fairly private one in the past, so it's not surprising that they'd be able to keep news like this on the DL for at least the first few days: As E! points out, the two have sparked rumors about a possible marriage in the past, but have kept secretive about the status of their relationship — only fueling speculation more by wearing what looks like wedding bands out and about.
