Well, after about two years of dating, E! News reports that Bradley Cooper and Suki Waterhouse have split. There's no word on when or why the lovebirds broke up, but maybe that fake baby from American Sniper creeped out Waterhouse? I kid, I kid. The breakup news comes after Cooper and Waterhouse attended the Academy Awards together in February when the actor was nominated for his work in American Sniper.
The two first made headlines as a couple in March 2013, after they were spotted in Boston. Then, after nine months of dating, Cooper and Waterhouse made their red carpet debut at the American Hustle premiere in New York in December 2013. The couple kept their relationship pretty private, save for that time Waterhouse coyly opened to Elle U.K. about Cooper. She said,
I don't talk about my boyfriend because it's boring. At least, that's what I decided to tell you when you asked. I do think whatever I say will sound weird. But the truth is, if I start talking about him, I probably won't be able to stop. And I don't really want to talk about him, you know?
Two years is a long time to be with someone, but if the split is true, at least Cooper can lean on his mother during the rough time (if he is having a difficult time, that is).
Seeing as the two are basically inseparable, are best friends, and even lived together for quite a while, Mama Cooper is sure to be a great friend and mother throughout her son's break up.
