Being an Italian girl who can't resist a bowl of pasta, I obviously clicked through, eager to read about how I could eat pasta with no guilt. And then I realized it was a recipe for zucchini noodles (a.k.a. zoodles), and I was totally skeptical and, if I'm being honest, initially pretty disappointed.

I know that zucchini noodles might not sound like the best things in the world — and it is definitely laughable to consider them a proper match for pasta.
