He was welcomed into the world two months ago, but Alicia Keys just posted the first photo of her son Genesis Ali Dean on Friday. The little boy was born December 27, and at the time Keys took to Instagram to announce the happy news. She showed off a picture of his tiny footprints and captioned it, "The joy of joy is joy!! It's a boy!!" Now, two months later, Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz are finally introducing Genesis to the world via social media.
The couple made things a family affair, posting a sweet black and white photo of Keys holding Genesis. She's surrounded by Beatz, their four-year-old son Egypt, and Kaseem Jr., her husband's 10-year-old son from his previous marriage. "Blessings and love!!" Keys captioned her new photo. The family is dressed to the nines, with even the kids decked out in tuxes, but the picture feels relaxed and full of love. It's so cute to see Keys, Beatz, and their children gazing lovingly at little Genesis.
Swizz Beatz also posted a pic from the photo shoot to his Instagram account. It's him surrounded by his sons as he lovingly cradles Genesis' head. Beatz, too, mentioned his children were blessings, captioning the picture, "Blessings #GenesisAliDean #Deanboyz."
These family photos are almost too precious for me to handle. But I'm overwhelmed by their cuteness in the way that I never want it to stop. I hope Keys and Beatz post more adorable photos soon. But for now, I'm glad we get to enjoy two snapshots of their little blessings.
