ALERT: Kanye West Just Released A New Song
If you thought that Kanye West was going to spend his week post-Grammys chilling out, well, think again. The rapper just gave the world a sneak peek at his newest album, and the song is already blowing up online: According to Rolling Stone, Kanye West's latest track debuted at a fashion week event for his new sneaker collection with Adidas, Yeezy 750 Boost (which I'm already guessing is bound to sell out super fast) on Thursday, at an event that was broadcast to 40 locations.
The showcase for the collection also featured a sign that proclaimed that this would be the new track off of the yet-untitled album, so yeah — this is the real deal, and West is ready to show off his new work.
The song is titled "Wolves" and, according to Rolling Stone, West isn't the only one on the track. Singer and prolific songwriter Sia is featured on "Wolves," as is 21-year-old rapper Vic Mensa who, like West himself, hails from Chicago.
Though the version of the song that's currently available is a bit difficult to hear — it was recorded at the live event in which it was first released — it's clear that this could be a major hit for West and for his collaborators, as many of Yeezy's songs tend to be. You can listen to the track below.
