13 Television Apartments From 'Friends' To 'Seinfeld' To 'Gilmore Girls' That Will Give You Total Home Envy — PHOTOS

As a television fan, there's something you learn to accept: If you live in a big city and are not a member of the one percent, you will not be living in an apartment as off-the-charts gorgeous as Monica's on Friends . Similarly, you will not be living on the Upper East Side in a studio as spacious as Carrie Bradshaw's on Sex and the City unless your parents own several of the world's most expensive buildings, or maybe head up a major corporation. It's just not gonna happen.

But hey, that's what TV's for: Living vicariously through the wacky, well-furnished lives of television characters. So, pretend you're shopping for a TV abode and take a walk through these great floor plans from some of (relatively) recent history's most iconic shows. All come from artist Iñaki Aliste Lizarralde on Deviantart, and they may just grant you a new perspective (at least a birds' eye one) on classic living spaces.

'Sex and the City'

This one seems to be taken from the time before Carrie redid her apartment in the first film — but still, way too big of an apartment to be realistically affordable for basically-a-blogger Carrie.

'Gilmore Girls'

Damn, I even want to hang out with their floor plans.

'Frasier'

See, that’s kind of a cool apartment shape.

'Dexter'

I would recommend not going here if you don’t want to be all up near, y’know, murder.

'The Simpsons'

The theme song automatically runs through my head every time I see this house.

'Two & A Half Men'

Well, at least it’s a pretty epic space.

'Three's Company'

Simple. Iconic.
