Colin Smolders in His New Dolce Ad
If you want to see the definition of smoldering, it's coming at ya here. Colin Farrell's Dolce & Gabana ad has been released, and the sultry actor epitomizes the name of the fragrance, 'Intenso'.
Farrell's campaign for Dolce & Gabana's fragrance reminds us just how broodingly handsome the 38-year-old Irish actor is. Though he may have packed on the pounds and grew a mustache for his upcoming role in True Detective, the ad reveals no signs of his make-under (though don't worry, he still has his scruffed up beard). In a frayed white henley with his chin resting on his arm, Farrell smolders for the camera looking oh so intenso. And ironically enough, his role as Dolce model follows in the footsteps of last season's True Detective star, Matthew McConaughey. Maybe there's a correlation between intense crime show and Intenso fragrance model? Either way, it is one pretty moody ad. But that's not unusual for the actor, who generally has a more...let's say, gruff, demeanor. So let's take a look at some of the other times Colin Farrell was molto intenso, because if my memory serves me right, this is a fragrance he was born to advertise.
