Primetime goddess and our all-around dream best friend Mindy Kaling has us feeling an odd mixture of inadequacy and envy — because not only is she hysterical and able to mack on the delicious Chris Messina – she's also been looking hella-hot this past year. Don’t get us wrong, Min (we’re pretty close) has always been a stunner, but we couldn’t help but notice that 2014 has been an especially fabulous year for her fashion-wise. From classic, ultra-flattering dresses to funky prints, Kaling has been killing the fashion game (and don’t pretend you haven’t noticed).
Dr. Lahiri (I had to do it) has always been a lady who has made us laugh, but now she is showing the entertainment world that you can be a comedienne and also have a fabulous sense of fashion. And I mean, Mindy Kaling's Vogue appearance basically proved she is an absolute vision as well. Mindy couldn’t get us more when she told Vogue, “I feel the same way about clothes as I do about food, I want everything.” We feel you girl, we feel you. What we probably love most about Kaling’s style is her element of confidence that is simply irresistible. She wears what she wants no matter her size and shape — both of which are gorgeous, just to be clear. Obsession isn’t even the word for our feelings towards Mindy in this show-stopping, plunging hot pink dress made for her by Salvador Perez, the costume designer for The Mindy Project. One thing we’re sure of: Fuchsia is most definitely her color.

Question: Could Mindy be anymore crush-worthy in this custom-designed dress by the mega-talented Salvador Perez? Answer: No.
3. PAJAMAS OR PIAMITAS
Another question: Is she wearing pajamas or is she just being fabulous in a Piamita separate? The world may never know. Just kidding, we know, and we dig this avant garde look.
4. WISH UPON A STAR
Here, Mindy is just doin’ her thang in a star-crossed crop top and shin-grazing skirt by Nasty Gal. Sophia Amoruso — otherwise known as #GIRLBOSS — would definitely be proud.
