Love and babies are in the air on this fine Thursday, especially for this husband and wife duo. According to E! News, Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross are expecting! This will be the couple's first child together and will be Simpson's second, as she is already a proud mom to six-year-old son Bronx from her previous marriage with Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz. Ross and Simpson have not confirmed the news themselves, and no further details are available yet, but I'm sure they are over the moon.
Ross and Simpson tied the knot in September, and now they're seemingly adding to their family. Talk about the perfect gift to celebrate the holiday season! I guess Santa placed them on the nice list and decided to give them an early Christmas present. Just think: next year, their new baby will be here and Bronx just will have a little brother or sister to celebrate the holiday (and every other day) with — well, if the news is true, that is.
Also, seeing as Ross' mother is singing legend Diana Ross, I bet this baby is going to be spoiled with all kinds of lullabies. I'd recommend some classic Supremes songs, like "Baby Love." It just sounds fitting. Of course, Ross and Simpson will also be singing to their baby, because, yeah, they have the music gene too.
