Check out Kendall and Cara's Matching Chanel Bows
While the world was glued to the angels of the Victoria's Secret fashion show, Kendall Jenner and Cara Delevingne jetted off to Austria to further stake their claims to the titles of fashion's real top models and the world's newest, matchy-matchy, BFFs. The pair both opted for Lagerfeld over lingerie and walked the Chanel Metiers d'Art show in a old, opulent Salzburg palace. The young models seem to be thrown together a lot lately, what with their Love Magazine shoot to now prancing hand-in-hand down the runway. And the pair are totally embracing their new-found closeness, whether they're just goofing off and taking silly pictures backstage before a show or breaking it down at the after parties. Now this is a BFF scene that I definitely want to be a part of. Um, can I also get in on their matching Victorian Chanel looks please?
At Tuesday's Chanel show, Cara and Kendall both walked the finale in romantic, Victorian inspired looks — tiered and sheer dresses with ribbon and pretty pearl detailing. While the soft and luxe looks definitely have me dreaming of yesteryear, the duo's matching bedazzled, navy hair accessories make me seriously want to bring back the bow!
The simple, blue bows paired with their sleek, half-up 'do is reminiscent of old school holiday parties and little girls in taffeta dresses. And I want one! How have I forgotten about my preschool, go-to hair accessory?
Don't be fooled into thinking that bows are just for gals whose moms still do their hair. If they're sophisticated enough for the Chanel runway, they're definitely pretty enough for your holiday party 'do. Check out these bow-tiful options below and help Bring Back the Bow!
