Thanksgiving is one of the best holidays of the year for a few reasons: One, it's about giving thanks for everything that we're grateful for in life, which is majorly important. Two, it's a time where it is completely acceptable to overeat delicious meals and fall into a food coma straight after. Third — and this is especially important if you're as obsessed with the entertainment world as I am — celebrities always post a ton of cute photos on their social media accounts that depict how they're spending the holiday. And while it's definitely not the same as spending the holidays with your favorite celebrities, (though, seriously, how awesome would it be to have Thanksgiving dinner with Taylor Swift? THE DREAM.) it is nice to see a little snapshot of their holiday...and, of course, their even more impressive Thanksgiving meals.
This year, celebs' Thanksgiving messages haven't disappointed in terms of sentimentality and adorableness: There's everything Jessica Szohr's super cute pic of her, The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev, and her former Gossip Girl co-star Chace Crawford hanging out, to Melissa Rivers' heartfelt dedication to her late mother, Joan Rivers, on Twitter that will probably bring tears to your eyes.
