Tim Riggins & Tami Taylor Reunite!

by Allyson Koerner

Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose, indeed. Seriously, my heart is so full right now, and I'm sure fellow Friday Night Lights fans will feel the same way once they see these photos of the mini-reunion between Taylor Kitsch and Connie Britton, who played Tim Riggins and Tami Taylor on the show. The two reunited Thursday evening for the 2014 African Children's Choir Changemakers Gala in New York City. This was quite special for both former FNL stars, as Kitsch was being presented with the Changemakers Award for his continuous support for the choir.

Britton, who played Kitsch's mentor/teacher in NBC's beloved football series, posted how proud she is of Kitsch, along with a video of the choir, via Instagram. She wrote,

Let your little light shine! I was so moved again, and as always, last night in NY by the African Children's Choir as we celebrated them and honored my amazing friend Taylor Kitsch with the #Changemakers Award. #ACCNYC2014 #africanchildrenschoir.

Every year, a new choir tours the world sharing their talent and voices, all while raising money and awareness for other needy children in Africa. Eventually, they return home hoping to provide encouragement and hope to their communities. I would expect nothing less from Kitsch and Britton. Not only were both amazing on FNL, but they also seem like inspiring and giving individuals in real life too.

Here are a few more pictures shared by Britton and others from the event. Seriously, can these two get any cuter?

*Sigh* This is exactly what I needed today.
