Up until now, we've known virtually nothing about the upcoming installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, Jurassic World, other than that it features dinosaurs somehow existing in our modern world, and stars Parks and Recreation -turned- Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt. Unfortunately, after watching the recently released first teaser for Jurassic World , that is still all we know — because this teaser reveals literally nothing except a GLASS OF WATER. As far as cryptic teasers go, this one seriously ranks above anything I've ever seen.
Though this is normally the part of the article where I would take the time to just describe the teaser, there's really, literally, nothing to describe other than a glass of water is shaking as rumbling footsteps from dinosaurs thump along in the distance. I mean, all things considered, I guess it's fitting — it's just painful that it reveals absolutely nothing since we've been hearing so much about this film in recent months. Hopefully since the release date is now under a year away (the film is set to hit theaters on June 12, 2015), we'll get some more footage actually featuring some semblance of a plot, or even a glimpse of the actors, soon. All we want is more Chris Pratt, guys!
