Hayden Panettiere has grown up right before our eyes — literally! From her roles in Remember the Titans to Bring it On: All or Nothing to Heroes, she went from child to teen to adult on-screen. Proving how much of an adult she is now, she has two major life events coming up: getting married and giving birth. While we know she'll be welcoming her child soon, figuring out her wedding details is a bit more difficult. As for the when, she's said she's taking her time, but as for the equally as interesting question, where is Hayden Panetiere getting married, it's hard to say.
It's a busy, busy time for the 25-year-old Nashville actress, but she seems to be keeping her cool. When talking about her wedding plans with fiancé Wladimir Klitschko, she's explained that she wants to keep it low-key. She told British Cosmopolitan:
We are very laid-back about the wedding plans; we don't want to rush anything. We want the day to be fun, happy and stress-free. Growing up, the thought of not getting married never crossed my mind. It was always: I'm going to get married and then I'm going to have a family.
That's the perfect attitude, instead of acting like a Bridezilla. The couple has been engaged since October 2013. But back in May, Panettiere pushed back wedding plans because of political turmoil in Ukraine, where her fiancé is from. She explained, "Everything that's happening in Ukraine definitely put a hold on things. But we have time." Adding, "It’s a beautiful country with beautiful people and a culture that I love."
Speaking of beautiful locations, I've got to wonder where Panettiere is planning to have her wedding ceremony! Although she spends her professional career in the spotlight, she told People last December that she's nervous to have all of the attention on her and wants to have a comfortable ceremony:
Obviously I'm in the spotlight professionally, but to be that vulnerable, standing up in front of people doing something so personal, that's kind of a new thing for me and not exactly in my comfort zone. There are many ways to get married and we'll figure one out that is comfortable for both of us.
While she may not have shared specific details, let's predict where her wedding ceremony will take place. Here are a few venue options:
New York
Hayden grew up in Palisades, N.Y., so it could make sense that she'd get hitched in her home state. It's somewhere she's familiar with, and it wouldn't be a big fuss if she had a backyard wedding at home.
Nashville
Not only is her show all about Nashville, but she bought a house there with her soon-to-be spouse. When talking about the move, she said,
I like being in a place where people appreciate the little things and don't need a lot of stuff to be happy. You can put a group of Southerners in any scenario and they'll have a good time. At my core, this is the kind of person I am and want to be.
Don't you think that means she'd be comfortable having a wedding there too? This is my main guess!
Destination Wedding
Then again, I could totally see her picking a tropical island and getting married there. With recent photos of her hanging at the beach in Hawaii, it could mean she's leaning toward a beach wedding. Scouting venues, perhaps?
Who knows! Guess we'll have to wait and see. Either way, I have no doubts that she'll pick the perfect place.
