Charlie Hunnam's Workout Routine Is HOT

by Allyson Koerner

If you've been jonesing for photos of Charlie Hunnam shirtless, then you're in luck! Charlie Hunnam takes it all off (well, most of it) for the December issue of Men's Health, and it doesn't disappoint. There's no doubt the Sons of Anarchy star has been making us melt as Jax Teller, but in real life Hunnam does it even more so, especially when we get to watch him work out shirtless and speak with that beautiful British accent.

In his interview, Hunnam chats about his workout routine, which should make everyone want to be healthier and fit. "I go into the gym and do 75 pull-ups, 75 dips, 150 squats, 150 pushups, and then 20 minutes of ab work.Done. It takes an hour; I'm in and out. I sweat the whole time." He adds, "I'll do crunches, side crunches, leg lifts. I've probably got 20 different ab exercises that I cycle through regularly. I work my abs three or four times a week." Oh it shows.

When it comes to indulgences (like us drooling over Hunnam's physique), Hunnam tries to go the all-natural route, "Good-quality travel and good-quality food are the two luxuries that never have any guilt indulging in. I just try to avoid anything f—d with by man too much."

I guess now we know where those abs and nice ass come from aka Hunnam works hard for it, and maybe I should find some inspiration from his healthy and fit lifestyle? Or, I could just sit back, relax, and watch him in action, like in this video via Entertainment Tonight, where we see Hunnam channeling his inner shirtless cowboy lifting bales of hay. I think I know what I'll be watching on repeat later.
