Who Is Patrick Schwarzenegger, Really?

So over Halloween weekend it looks like our girl Miley Cyrus found herself a new man to keep her company in between her really weird selfie photo shoots. Photos surfaced of a casual Cyrus leaving the apartment of dreamboat Patrick Schwarzenegger (yes, of those Schwarzenegger's) on Halloween morning, after apparently spending the Thursday night prior at Halloween Horror Nights with a group of six friends. I will tell you one thing, spending Halloween with a new boy toy is an amazing idea — if not only for all of the chances you get to casually use your "damsel in distress" bit for your benefit. So who is this Patrick Schwarzenegger besides, you know, being Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's son.

It seems like Patrick and Miley have had some sort of friendship over the past three years and apparently went on a few dates before Cyrus got back together with Liam Hemsworth. The photos of them together don't outright scream "DATING!!1!" but given that Cyrus has been seen mostly hanging out with her dogs, family, and Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips, we have every right to suspect that these two, attractive, 20-somethings could have something brewing. Now that Patrick is connected to one of the most talked-about celebrities on the planet, it's only natural that we dig into who this dude is. Do we trust him with Miley? What does he do? Is he more than just a pretty celebrity spawn? Let's find out.

He's had some time on the big screen

Although it isn't clear if he is going to follow in his father's acting footsteps, Patrick has had small roles in some popular movies in the last few years, including cameos in Stuck in Love and 2013's Grown Ups 2.His current upcoming filmography includes a role as "Quarterback Jeff" in Scouts vs. Zombies — no clue as to what that's about. In October 2013, he popped up as the dreamy Romeo in Ariana Grande's video for "Right There."

He's signed to L.A. Models

Standing 6'1" and having that "fresh off my yacht in Martha's Vineyard" look (to be fair, he IS a Kennedy) his classic good looks landed him a modeling contract with L.A. models, which led him to star on his own billboard and recently in campaigns for Tom Ford. It doesn't seem like he's too keen on being just a pretty face, telling Details magazine that he is modeling to bring awareness to his other brands and that "modeling isn't going to be my permanent job. There's a lot of other things I want to do."

He's socially conscious

When he was only 15 years old, Patrick co-founded a clothing line called Project360, which sells apparel and accessories which uses the funds earned to donate to a variety of causes that create and support social awareness of important issues. The pieces from Project360 have been featured in many top fashion magazines including Glamour, Italian Vogue, Details and worn by the likes of Eva Longoria and Reggie Bush.

He's had his eye on Miley for a while

In a Details profile in 2011, the writer mentioned that Patrick had some online (via Twitter) flirtations with various young Hollywood starlets, including Kendall Jenner and Selena Gomez, but quickly states that his eye "is set on Miley." Well, he's a man that knows what he wants.

He & his mother are investors in Blaze Pizza

In May 2014, Patrick and his mother Maria Shriver joined a list of high profile investors (including Lebron James) in Blaze Pizza, a chain of pizza places similar to Chipotle, in that you "build your own pizza" and have it baked in front of you. Patrick's restaurant is located at The Grove outdoor shopping mall in LA, but other locations have been popping up around the country throughout the year. I like pizza, and if it's fast and delicious, I love it even more.
