You'll Love Hathaway's 'Interstellar' Look

BREAKING: a celebrity looked awesome at a movie premiere. OK, so maybe that sentence isn't newsworthy in and of itself, but bear with me. After a long absence from the spotlight, Anne Hathaway attended an Interstellar premiere in a stunning outfit, complete with elaborate hand jewelry and the coolest French manicure you've ever seen.

Hathaway's style choices have never impressed me much, and truth be told her navy satin Richard Nicoll slip dress was a little boring. Her accessories and beauty, however, totally stole the show. The basic floor length gown was simply the back drop for a matching constellation-inspired necklace and hand piece from James Banks Designs. Her asymmetrical bob, smoky eyes, and silver-tipped French manicure added the finishing touches.

Unfortunately, the gown is a bit ill-fitting, which takes away some of the magic of an otherwise well-thought-out ensemble. But I'm impressed by Hathaway's daring accessories and her commitment to the outer space concept. Plus I'm a sucker for anything constellation-y, so perhaps I'm biased. Still, it's good to have Anne Hathaway back on the red carpet regularly after her hiatus.
