Though I'm sad to say this officially marks the return of our Kardashian krisis updates, at least this one may have a bit of a silver lining: According to Us Weekly (which is, of course, reporting rumors, so remember to always take these things with a big fat grain of salt), Khloé Kardashian may have completely lost contact with Lamar Odom, to the point where she's said to be unable to even get in touch with him to finalize their divorce. Considering Odom seems to have publicly accepted the fact that Kardashian (not to mention he himself) have moved on from the marriage, this seems sort of out of the blue — then again, Odom has unfortunately pulled a disappearing act before, worrying family, friends, and most of all, Kardashian herself.
"Khloe can't even get in touch with him right now," a source close to Kardashian reportedly told Us of Odom's absence. "He refuses to sign the divorce papers." Apparently, according to the gossip tabloid, Odom may be hoping for a reconciliation with Kardashian now that she's split with rapper French Montana, though she has made it clear that getting back together is not in the cards.
Honestly, I don't blame her. Though Odom and Kardashian's relationship seemed undeniably sweet and supportive during its good days, it seems like their may be too much that has happened between them at this point to salvage any sort of healthy relationship. Kardashian deserves to focus on herself after so long spent dealing with the stress of watching the man she loved publicly suffer through very personal issues — it would take a huge toll on anyone, even someone as strong as Kardashian seems to be. It's not fair to her for Odom to hold out on a divorce, if these rumors are true.
On the bright side, however, it does seem that Kardashian is at least channeling her anger in a very healthy (both literally and figuratively) outlet: One look at her Instagram account will reveal a sudden influx of gym selfies from the reality star, possibly indicating that Kardashian is taking the time to focus on herself and work through the stress in a productive manner...which may or may not include repeatedly punching a bean bag.
Hey, like I said — it's healthy outlet to channel anger!
