Is This All Kanye Got Her For Her Birthday?

I'm going to go ahead and be honest here. When Kim Kardashian and Kanye West first started dating, I was one of the people who assumed it would never last. That's too much ego in one relationship, I said. Even when they got married, I had a countdown clock going that only stopped when Kardashian and West's marriage outlasted her last one. Since then, I have warmed up to Kimye and their True Love Game, because they are going hard. Between the many lines in his raps that West has devoted to Kardashian to her endless support of his magazine covers and singles, the two of them are one of the cutest couples in Hollywood. So while it comes as no surprise that West tweeted Kardashian a sweet happy birthday message, that better not be all he's doing.

The tweets went up early Wednesday morning and were given in typical Kanye-style. Well, the first half of the message was at least. Of course the man who rapped, "Doctors say I'm the illest 'cause I'm suffering from realness," would begin a birthday wish by referring to his wife as the dopest, but West still managed to fit a little bit more sentiment in there with his second message.

Awwww. However, let's be real for a moment. As cute as that was, that certainly can't be all that West plans to give Kardashian for her birthday, right? Twitter messages are not how we handle birthdays in the Kardashian-West family — not completely. For West's birthday, Kardashian got West a Yeesus cake and a personalized Monopoly board. For North West's birthday, her parents got her an entire festival that also doubled as her birthday party. For Kardashian's birthday, West has so far gotten her... two Twitter messages and a picture of herself.

I know that can't be it, but admittedly it's a good start. "Sometimes I feel like just saying I love you isn’t strong enough to express how much I love you"? Excuse me, but you might need to mop me up when I melt into a puddle of swoon. They might not be Jay Z and Beyoncé, but Kardashian and West sure know how to turn their actual life into a romantic fantasy for all of us to aspire to. But if West is looking for some real suggestions on what to get Kardashian for her birthday, something that would top the flower wall he got her as a wedding gift, then I can help him out there.
