Make Sure You Swing By Chipotle This Halloween

by Mehak Anwar

Best news ever for burrito and Halloween lovers alike — as part of its annual "boorito" fundraiser, Chipotle is giving out $3 burritos, bowls, salads, tacos, and kids' meals to anyone dressed in a Halloween costume. So in case you're exhausted from trick-or-treating and are in need of sustenance, or you're somehow still not full from those "fun-sized" Snickers bars you were inhaling all night long, head on over to Chipotle this October 31, because the $3 deal starts at 5 p.m., and doesn't stop until the store closes for the night. All hail cheap Chipotle.

Proceeds from the fundraiser go directly to the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, a non-profit initiative the company is taking to provide sustainable, healthy food that comes without the exploitation of farmers, animals, or the environment. The fundraiser is consistent with the restaurant's business model, which focuses on only using meat that was raised responsibly without hormones, antibiotics, or cruel practices, and is one of the reasons the burrito chain is considered to be a revolutionary part of the fast-food world.

You can also take a picture of yourself wearing your Halloween costume at Chipotle and tweet it with the hashtag #ChipotleBooritoContest to win $2,500, in case you needed any more incentive to get your burrito on come October 31.

This deal is going to be good for Chipotle restaurants in the United States, Canada, and the U.K., so get dressed up, get a cheap burrito, and support a good cause. You can't really go wrong.
