Another Bachelorette baby is here! The former reality show contestant Ashley Hebert Rosenbaum and her husband J.P. Rosenbaum gave birth to a boy on Tuesday, September 30. So what kind of a name did these reality TV stars give their first child? A pretty normal one. Us Weekly exclusively reports that the couple opted for the moniker Fordham Rhys Rosenbaum.
Although it's definitely a unique name, it's still normal enough to keep the kid from being mocked too much. (I can't say the same for his reality show child compatriots like North West.) Plus, it's a lot better than #RosenBump which is what the pair took to calling their unborn son while Hebert was still pregnant.
In his statement to the magazine, the proud papa revealed that they already have a new nickname for the baby boy. "Both mom and baby are doing great and we are so so happy to welcome little Fordy to the world!!!" Rosenbaum shared. "Cutest little baby on the planet!"
While all parents think their babies are the cutest and smartest little tots around, I can't deny that Fordy is a pretty adorable nickname for a baby. And hey, when he grows up maybe he can use his name to get into Fordham University in New York. After all, that's the state his dad is from, so I'm sure Rosenbaum would be thrilled to see his son back in his hometown.
But that's getting a little ahead of ourselves. For now I just wish the couple good luck with their expanded family. Hebert and Rosenbaum have always been a sweet couple, and one of the few Bachelorette relationships to last. I have no doubt they'll keep on being cute now that they have a sweet baby in their midst. And while we don't yet know what their son looks like, they're a pretty social media-friendly family, so be prepared for lots of adorable Fordy Instagram pics to come.
