Every once in a while a trend comes along that makes us all question our own sense of style. Right now, that trend is undoubtedly culottes. I don't know if I'm the only one who remembers the slightly scary gaucho phase we all went through a few years ago, but apparently it's back...in a chicer, cooler way, of course. And I have to admit that it's kind of growing on me.
While I'm not completely on the culotte train yet, so to speak, I'm getting there. A month ago, I would have dismissed the trend as ridiculous and silly. Giant pant/shorts that are sort of like capris made for giants? No, thank you. But here we are, smack dab in the middle of the trend, and what can I say?
