See John Stamos' Rock-Solid Selfie

Uncle Jesse will always have one of the greatest heads of hair in television history, but the man's abs of steel are nothing to sneeze at, either. The proof is evident now that John Stamos has Instagrammed a shirtless selfie. The star of that selfie? Those aforementioned abdominal muscles. They literally ripple.

Now, you may say, "I'm not one to swoon over washboard abs. No thank you!" But rest assured, those thoughts will be eviscerated as soon as you see this photo, 'cause Uncle Jesse still has it goin' on.

And he knows it, too. The caption next to the photo says, "51 no filters F' it," and yeah — if I was a 51-year-old dude with those abs, I'd say to "eff it," too.

So what's Stamos's secret, other than "being John Stamos, man whose body knows no age?" Back in 2012, People reported that his abs were the product of Pilates, which yielded results at the price of his masculine pride. He mentioned he was the only dude in the class, and that he looked "ridiculous," but that there was great news associated with his embarrassment:

But the good thing is, I have a beautiful woman's body now [...] I have a great ass now.

For the record, there's no ass selfie — Stamos isn't Nicki Minaj or Kim Kardashian.
