Look, we have reached peak #ALSIceBucketChallenge as a society right now. We're officially at, like, Frozen parodies in the winter of 2014 levels of exposure. Why do these things always have to be so cold? This time around it's Fifty Shades Of Grey star Jamie Dornan teaming with Eddie Redmayne for the ice bucket challenge. If you're wondering if that means visible abs through wet T-shirts then the answer is yes, friend. Yes, it does.

Dornan, who's starring in next February's Fifty Shades Of Grey, did his civic duty in two ways in this video: He threw not one but two buckets of water onto friend and professional freckled person Eddie Redmayne, and he nominated Social Network and Amazing Spider-Man star Andrew Garfield to do this next. We owe him a lot today.
