Who Is James Harris? 'Million Dollar Listing: LA's British Star Is A Family-Oriented Real Estate Pro
The seventh season of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles is upon us and fans have been waiting for this for a while now. Although it is bittersweet to say goodbye to Madison Hildebrand, we welcome new reality stars in our lives. After all, there can never be too many reality personalities. MDL: LA has added two new men, James Harris and David Parnes, the owners of Bond Street Partners. They are a real estate firm that is a sub-division of The Agency, which is owned and operated by Mauricio Umansky. You may recognize him as Kyle Richards' hubby from when you were planted on your couch for that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills marathon.
Even though Umansky isn’t new to the reality world, Harris told Us Weekly that being on a reality show doesn’t even phase him. "He'll talk to us about TV but he's really a businessman. He is all business. He's very supportive in every way. We absolutely love him," he said. Last year, the dynamic duo — Harris and Parners — were listed on The Hollywood Reporter’s Top 25 Real Estate Agents. In 2013, they had $120 million in sales between the two of them. Now, we will get to see them in action on Bravo.

He’s British. Born and raised in London, England. Which means he speaks with an accent. Which also means that I’m sold. I could actually listen to him talk all day.

A Veteran Agent
If there could be veteran awards given out to real estate agents, James Harris would probably already have one. He jumped into the business when he was 17 years old. How many 17-year-olds who sell real estate do you know? That’s what I thought.

He’s Super LA
You know how I know you’re from LA? You tweet photos of your Pressed Juice. No really, after three years of living in LA it qualifies me saying that the only thing that could make that more LA is if Harris was eating kale while wearing a Soul Cycle shirt.

He’s got two adorable daughters...
Sofia and Chloe are his daughters and he’s pretty obsessed with them, according to all his posts via social media. He also recently went into their class to read them Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, which is only like the best kids book ever.

I have to admit that just from seeing this photo of Harris’ wife, I’m kind of jealous of her. Especially that hair. Also he posts things like this: “Not sure how I managed to land the perfect Wife #happy.” What a sweet couple.

Fishing is his Thing
Apparently Harris likes to fish. That’s what his Bravo profile says and he also tweeted to me that he likes to fish, so you know he’s real serious about it. We can’t really fault him for that.

He posted a flashback picture of the Coachella crowd, which is pretty awesome. Though I wonder if he wore a suit to the event — it seems like he’s always in one.

His favorite restaurant…
…is apparently Fig & Olive. He called out the restaurant specifically when he tweeted me about things that he really likes. So if you’re ever in the LA area and are obsessing over the show or even looking to buy a house, you can probably find James there.
