Their Gifts Will Make You Very Jealous

Get ready to awwwww. This weekend, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary, and apparently, sky's the limit as far as anniversary gifts go for the couple. De Rossi surprised DeGeneres with a skywriter to commemorate the big day. The skywriting bit is something of a tradition for the De-luxe pair (I'll see myself out) — but it's usually DeGeneres who commissions the skywriter. (Question: It was a surprise, right? So did DeGeneres also order a skywriter? Were there two skywriters? Oh, the many mysteries of celebrity marriages.) But the best part is, with those divorce rumors thankfully debunked on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this year, we're freer than ever to live vicariously through DeGeneres and de Rossi (and the things they buy each other). But why stop here? Let's take a look at some of the couple's most extravagant and heartfelt gifts.

Most recently, DeGeneres surprised de Rossi with her dream car for Christmas and, lucky for us, DeGeneres caught her reaction on camera and shared it with Ellen fans. De Rossi was just a leeeeettle bit slow to the uptake which makes her reaction when she finally realizes the car she's been admiring is hers all the more priceless.

Also, birthdays must be the most fun EVER in the DeGeneres-de Rossi house because both women are absolutely hilarious. Frankly, it's a crime that we haven't seen more of de Rossi's comedy chops since Arrested Development — but her appearances on Ellen always go a long way toward remedying that.
