Who is Brody's New Boo?

The Hills' resident frat boy is off the market. Brody Jenner's Instagram feed has been burning up with pictures of his new girlfriend, Kaitlynn Carter, for months now. Thanks to Jenner's stint on The Hills and his occasional appearances on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we're pretty familiar with his antics. But it's Carter that everyone seems to be a lot more curious about. So for your gossiping pleasure, I've rounded up some handy facts about Jenner's lady.

WE'RE NOT SURE HOW LONG THEY'VE BEEN TOGETHER

Jenner has been relatively hush-hush about his dating life for a former reality star, so it's anyone's guess how long the two have officially been dating. But judging by the fact that he's met her family, it's probably safe to say they've been together for several months at least.

SHE IS (WAS?) A MODEL

Carter was a finalist in Maxim's 2010 Hometown Hotties. Perhaps she decided it wasn't for her though because she hasn't done a lot of modeling since. Nowadays it looks like Carter prefers to swan about being pretty to actual modeling.

SHE'S DEFINITELY HIS TYPE

Carter definitely seems to be cut from the same cloth as many of Jenner's famous exes. Most recently, he's dated model Bryana Holly, but he's also been attached to fellow Hills alum Kristin Cavallari. Of course, now that I know he and Lauren Conrad never actually dated, I still have some serious trust issues regarding Jenner and his personal life.

SHE DATED DAVID SPADE

Carter might be right in line with Jenner's type, but it's hard to say the same thing about Jenner. Before she started dating Jenner, she was previously linked to comedian and Rules of Engagement star David Spade, with whom she wore matching fedoras 2012. Details about the relationship are pretty thin on the ground, but my personal theory? She was a really big Emperor's New Groove fan.

SHE LIVED IN ITALY

Carter revealed on her Hometown Hotties profile that she moved to Italy by herself for four months in 2009. Of the experience, Carter said, "It was a leap of faith and I am so glad I did it. I had some wild experiences with some awesome people!" A strange country (and I'm willing to bet she didn't speak the language), completely on her own? That takes guts!

SHE'S A DOG LOVER

Carter's and Jenner's respective Instagram feeds are chock full of Carter snuggling up to Brody's dogs. And who could blame her, with dogs this adorable? Plus it looks like Tank definitely mind the lovin.'

THEIR CHILDREN WILL BE GORGEOUS

Admittedly, I might be getting ahead of myself on this one. But just look how pretty they are together! If those two crazy kids can make it work, baby Jenner-Carter might give North West a serious run for her money in the cute department.
