Jared Leto Is Zac Efron from the Future

You know that quote you've seen on everyone's Instagram from Buddha or, like, Blair Waldorf, waxing poetic about "realizing that in the end nothing is random?" Well, although clichéd quotes against a perfectly majestic sunset background are far too commonplace these days, I'm starting to think this one may actually be pertinent. Case in point, how Buzzfeed aptly pointed out (and offered up a good bit of evidence of) the fact that Zac Efron is Jared Leto's younger, fresher-faced doppelgänger. And, in turn, basically alerted the world to one of the biggest glitches in the Matrix.

What am I getting at, here? Exactly what you think I'm getting at: Jared Leto is Zac Efron from the future who has come back to the present time to impart his wisdom on his younger self. Duh! His biggest regret? Not making it in time to save him from High School Musical. I imagine that when Leto first told Efron of their true connection he was stunned, but really, after making 17 Again, could he really be that perturbed by the whole time traveling, body swapping thing? I have faith that our boy Zefron was totally on board.

So why would Leto reveal himself to Zefron now? Well, he has a lot of advice that will no doubt help his younger self in the future. Also, he needed some updates on the year 2014, of course.
