Considering it's only been six days since it was unleashed onto the Internet, I still distinctly remember the look on my face when I first watched the Fifty Shades of Grey trailer: Probably something pretty similar this. Of course, everyone had different reactions to it — I respect those who were into it, of course, and those who maybe casually liked it but will claim to all their friends that they didn't because telling the truth would drain all their street cred or whatever. This in mind, it's actually the perfect trailer to get some great reaction videos out of, especially if you're Jimmy Fallon and you've got The Tonight Show and The Roots available. Luckily, Fallon realized this, because he had The Roots watch the Fifty Shades of Grey trailer and react to it on camera...only, he took things up a notch, and added one of those frightening pictures that pop up on viral videos in the middle of the trailer to scare them. Poor Questlove.
JK, it's amazing. Everything about the resulting reactions from the three members of The Roots included in this prank is amazing.
