Being a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family seems so difficult. I mean, as an A-list celeb in the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood game, I know firsthand that modeling is tough work. Sometimes you run out of energy right in the middle of a photo shoot. And constantly getting calls to promote different products can be exhausting. Imagine if I had to do these things in real life, instead of just inside my iPhone screen? Yikes! That's why I sympathize for poor Kendall Jenner. In a recent interview, Kendall said that her fame backfired. She told Love magazine, "What I have has almost worked against me. I had to work even harder to get where I wanted because people didn't take me seriously as a model. Because of the TV show."
Let's all refrain from rolling our eyes for just a minute and try to understand. I can see what she means, that she didn't just want to be known as Kim K.'s little sis. But seriously, complaining about coming from a famous fam is the epitome of #firstworldproblems. If it weren't for her last name, chances are she'd have to audition for America's Next Top Model to even have a shot at strutting down Marc Jacob's catwalk.

Kendall and Kylie "wrote" a book called Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Lex and Livia aka they had a ghostwriter do all the hard parts. Sure, the sisters came up with the idea, but they didn't have to deal with character development, plot, or most importantly, actually writing it.
Multiple Clothing Lines
From their PacSun collection to Steve Madden shoes, Kendall and Kylie attach their names to anything — and boom, teenage girls go crazy. If she wasn't on KUWTK, would we really care about her fashion tips? Doubt it.
Dating Celebrities
Hendall Jyles was short-lived, but chances are her fame helped initiate the relationship. Oh, and her supposed current fling with an NBA star? I don't think they would've met if she had to rely on Tinder to meet people.
Namesake Nail Polish
Back in 2011, she made $100,000 just for attaching her name to the Kardashian Kolors line by OPI. Meanwhile, most teens earn minimum wage doing things like scooping ice cream or waiting tables.
Extravagant Family Vacays
Every year the Kardashian/Jenner bunch goes on a fancy vacay. Last year it was Greece, this year was Thaliand. Oh, and they film it for a three-part episode of their TV series. So they basically/probably get paid to go on vacation.
Modeling
Sure, she says fame made modeling more difficult. But how precious was this family reunion at Vogue's Foundation Gala? It'd be significantly less special if she wasn't related to Kim.
So see, Kendall? Things aren't that bad after all. Please stop complaining.
