Angel Haze & Ireland Baldwin Are Definitely Dating
Make no mistakes: Angel Haze and Ireland Baldwin are definitely dating. In an interview with The Republic on Friday, Angel Haze confirmed her relationship Baldwin, which should really come as no surprise to anyone who follows either of them on Instagram — in the past few months, the two have been posting super adorable, and pretty affectionate, photos of the two together.
Still, though, media outlets like the Daily Mail theorized that the two were "just best friends," leading Angel to make the clarifying comments during the interview. In typical blunt fashion, she said "The media are like, ‘Oh they’re so cute, they’re best friends’. An interracial gay couple, I mean that’s just weird for America right now. We f**k and friends don’t f**k. I have never f**ked one of my friends. Once I see you in that way, it doesn’t happen. But we f**k and it’s crazy and that’s weird to say because I think about it in terms of an audience reading it and them thinking, ‘What the hell?’ But it happens."
Haze is a New York rapper known for songs like "New York" and "Werkin Girls". Baldwin is, of course, actor Alec Baldwin's daughter with Kim Basinger, and a model herself. According to Haze, the two met at New York Fashion Week, became friends, and then started dating. Haze said that the relationship is going well, and that dating Baldwin has changed "her perspective," presumably on life. The two also have matching tattoos.
