Her New Claire's Collection Is Surprisingly Great

What do flowers, butterflies, statement necklaces, and bangles have in common? They're are all part of Katy Perry's Wildflower collection currently available at Claire's. And though that may sound unbelievably twee, it's actually surprisingly adult-friendly, especially if you're the sort of adult who hits up music festivals on the weekend.

This collection comes after Perry's Roar collab, full of tigers and cat ears, and has a softer, more feminine feel. The line certainly has a Coachella-esque vibe and I'm already having fantasies of prancing through parks wearing the pieces all summer long. Being that it's Claire's, the most expensive item in the collection is $22 so there's no need to worry about buyer's remorse if you realize that boho head chain might have been an impulse purchase.

Obviously, music festivals are full of fashionistas wearing flower crowns atop their heads and it's apparent that Perry took that into consideration when designing pieces in this collection, but made sure to add her own twist. For example, the collection has two flower headbands, but they aren't crowns that wrap around your forehead. Instead, they have two pom pom type flowers on top that are reminiscent of mickey mouse ears. In addition, we get '70s inspired sunglasses, flower cuff bracelets, and bangles with the phrase love me on them.
