'Million Dollar Listing Miami' Cast Superlatives
Do you love Bravo and real estate? Then you're in luck because Million Dollar Listing is expanding from New York and Los Angeles to the Sunshine State for the series' latest spinoff. Million Dollar Listing Miami will premiere on June 25 and I can already see myself obsessing over its starring luxury agents — much like I obsessed over Million Dollar Listing LA's Josh Flagg's perpetual attitude. And with a tagline like, "Can you handle the Miami heat?" how could you resist?
The stars of Million Dollar Listing Miami are Ohioan Chad Carroll, Executive Vice President of Douglas Elliman; Bostonite Chris Leavitt, a broker at DE; and native Floridian Samantha DiBianchi, founder of DiBianchi Real Estate. All three, as you probably already guessed, are the best-of-the-best, because this is Million Dollar Listing, people. According to the show's page on the Bravo website, South Florida has a surging market with bigger mansions, taller high-rises, and amenities so luxe, you'll have to see them to believe them. Which absolutely means that these three agents have big egos and personalities to match because, again, this is Million Dollar Listing.
So, who are Carroll, Leavitt, and DiBianchi? We've learned a little about each agent and assigned them superlatives for the upcoming first season of Million Dollar Listing Miami.
Chad Carroll — Most Likely To Get Engaged This Season
Carroll is Miami's big fish. He's considered a Miami "Power Broker" and has sold over $200 million in real estate since 2011. And Carroll's reach is only getting farther — the Douglas Elliman exec plans to start developing, building, and selling his own properties. But that doesn't mean his big moment will come from a real estate deal. Carroll, whose Instagram boasts as many scenic South Florida sunsets as it does photos of his longtime girlfriend, entertainment reporter Jen Stone, will probably get engaged this season. It might not be on camera, but his little sister just got married so we'll see if her marriage inspires him to propose to Stone. Someone's got to have an interesting personal life on this show, after all.
Chris Leavitt — Most Likely To Have A Better Beauty Ritual Than You
According to his Bravo bio, Leavitt's been interested in real estate since he was a teenager and helped his parents select investment properties up and down the East coast. With 20 years of experience, the agent sold upwards of $120 million in South Florida and New York City real estate in 2013 and negotiated the biggest sale in South Florida history. All good things, all good things — but if you're not a budding real estate mogul, you're going to be more obsessed with his beauty ritual and exceptional eyebrows. Just look at that complexion.
Samantha DiBianchi — Most Likely To Ask "Are You Hungry?"
DiBianchi represents athletes, entrepreneurs, and investors under her self-founded real estate company. She credits her "over-the-top, out-of-the-box" thinking and competitive drive for her having sold $25 million worth of real estate in just three years. The agent grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, graduated with her MBA at just 22 years old, and after working in hospitality for a few years, created a college course at Florida International University at 25. But when she's not busy being ambitious as hell, she's baking "Sammycakes" and posting food Instagrams that will make you drool (in between photos of pressed juice and lean meals on the go — so I'm not sure how that works out). Seriously, are you hungry? Because I know a great spot.
