The 14 Emojis We All Really Want

The upcoming release of a whopping 250 new emojis was announced this week, and we are thrilled by some of the additions. The "portable stereo" emoji for when me and my friends are planning a reenactment of Spike Lee's Do The Right Thing ! The "derelict house building" emoji for when anyone asks questions about my apartment! The "waving white flag" emoji for when someone tries to explain to me what a hedge fund is! The "hot pepper" emoji for conversations about Joe Biden (what?)! That said, there are some notable omissions from the latest crop — there continues to be a glaring lack of racial diversity (and hair color diversity, as noted by a red-headed Bustle staffer), and, honestly, how on earth is there a "man in business suit levitating" emoji and not a wheel of cheese? How am I supposed to respond when someone asks what I want for dinner?

It's time someone remedied this situation, so we took matters into our own hands (or the hands of our very talented graphic designer, Caroline) and created all the emojis you've been desperately hoping for (or never knew that you needed until this very moment). Because who hasn't felt handicapped by the lack of a North West emoji?
