Is This A Declaration of Bieber Fever?

Uh-oh. Could this Instagram post be all about the Biebs? Selena Gomez, a chronically cryptic Instagram poster, is making us wonder, yet again, with her latest Instagram video. In this seconds-long video, Selena (who is filtered in black and white, obviously) is laying down on the floor, saying: "I will always love you. No matter what words I say, I will always love you." Selena follows the message with a flash of an adorable smile, but it doesn't make the video any less cryptic or bizarre. Perhaps the scariest part of this video is that it may, in fact, reference a certain ex (potentially current?) boyfriend of Selena's — did Selena just send a message to the masses about her forever-love of Justin Bieber? Dear God, I hope that's not the case.

But before we jump to any gross conclusions, there is some evidence that suggests that Selena isn't declaring her diagnosis of Bieber fever. For one thing, the phrase that Selena says in the video is actually a line from The Cure's 1989 song "Lovesong." The song is quietly sad and full of raw emotion, which could point the finger back at Selena's love for Justin... if Selena didn't tag her vocal coach, Stevie Mackey, in the post.

The fact that Selena tagged Stevie in the post — and seems relatively giggly about the whole thing — might indicate that Selena and Stevie were working on "Lovesong" as part of a vocal exercise. The two could have easily been goofing off and recorded this quick video as a play on the uber dramatic music video for "Lovesong." Check it out below.

Then there's the chance that this is a message to the Biebs, which, though not an ideal option, is a possible one. Selena and Justin have been spotted spending more time together recently, and HollywoodLife reports that Selena recently flew to Canada to celebrate Justin's birthday with him and his family. In fact, Justin just posted his own Instagram pic — which was quickly taken down — of Selena and him in an embrace with the caption, "Our love is Unconditional." It wouldn't be the first time that Selena has used music to reconnect with Bieber. Anyone else remember this video from back in March?

Fingers crossed that Selena's Instagram post has absolutely nothing to do with her feelings for Justin, and that it's just something silly between her and her vocal coach. A Jelena reunion is so not something I'm looking forward to.
