We Really Hope She's Dating Her Co-Star

Could there be a romance brewing on the set of new film Southpaw? Let's hope so. Southpaw stars Rachel McAdams and Jake Gyllenhaal fueled relationship rumors when they stepped out together in New York. According to Page Six, McAdams and Gyllenhaal were spotted having dinner at Lugo Caffe and later seen together at an HBO Sports party. The two actors have also been spotted out on what seemed to be a very date-like dinner in Pittsburgh, where they are currently shooting the boxing drama. Could this mean that these two are cozying up to one another off-screen? It's possible — and, I, for one, hope it's true.

While there's no hard facts proving that these two are an item, I wouldn't be surprised to see that these two take their apparent friendship to the next level — after all, both Gyllenhaal and McAdams have a reputation for dating their co-stars. Gyllenhaal dated his Rendition co-star Reese Witherspoon and McAdams dated Ryan Gosling, whom she famously starred with in The Notebook.

While I think I speak for the entire world when I say the only person I would ever want Gosling to date is his Notebook co-star, McAdams and Gyllenhaal would make an equally attractive pair, don't you think?

(Yes. Yes they would.)
