We all know Miley Cyrus has changed a lot since she was a Disney Channel star. But now Youtube's SUPERFRUIT has emphasized this transformation in a video comprised of all Miley Cyrus' hits, sung a cappella style by the channel's Mitch Grassi and Scott Hoying. They start with Cyrus' Hannah Montana Disney days, kicking the video off with a rendition of “The Best of Both Worlds” and transitioning into "Nobody's Perfect."
Though it's easy to be nostalgic about the artist formerly known as Hannah Montana's old hits, you have to pay respect to Cyrus' recent music explosion listening to the video. After all, her entire career prior to Bangerz is covered in half the video to make room for her more recent hits in the second half. And the video's inclusion of hits like "7 Things" and "See You Again" were startling — I'd honestly forgotten that she even recorded those songs.
Finally, the Grassi and Hoying duo finish the compilation off with a mashup of all her songs at once. It's actually a pretty amazing video. And the fact that it was all filmed in one shot? Even more impressive.
So for the ultimate Flashback Friday and a trip down memory lane, check out Miley Cyrus' musical change from little baby Hannah Montana to the twerking, panty-eating pop singer we know and, yes, love today.
