The First Look at Her 'Vogue' Shoot

Two weeks ago we found out that Kendall Jenner had been photographed for an upcoming issue of Vogue, marking the first (and possibly last) time I would ever be excited by a Kardashian-related project. Now the first images of her Patrick Demarchelier shoot are here, proving the hype was totally justified.

Kris Jenner posted two images of her daughter's spread for the upcoming issue of Vogue Paris on Instagram this past Wednesday, captioning one of them with "PARIS VOGUE June/July 2014 Wow @kendalljenner stunning!! Congratulations!! #proudmama." Which is pretty cute, I must say. I'd like to think my mother would be that pumped if (when) I'm photographed for Vogue. Plus, Kendall looks awesome in these photographs. One can only imagine how great the whole editorial will be.

In the two images posted by her mom, one black and white and one in color, Jenner poses alongside other models with slicked back hair. The color image features Jenner wearing a lovely purple bow-necked dress with severe eyes and colorless lips. I'm not surprised that her Vogue spread looks spectacular. Kendall Jenner is by far the most high-fashion of the Kardashian clan and her modeling career is really taking off. Sure, it's easy to hate on the Kardashians for being uselessly famous, but the 18-year-old Jenner is earning her stripes. Congrats for landing such a coveted modeling job!
