Reese Witherspoon Knows How to Party — Watch

The annual Met Ball seems to try its hardest to exude an air of exclusivity and fancy-schmancy Hollywood glamour. We all know, though, the once the flashes of the cameras subside it's mostly famous people drunkenly slurring at each other in elevators. Or at least, that's that's what this video of Reese Witherspoon with Cara Delevingne and Zooey Deschanel seems to point to. Clearly inebriated famous ladies slinging near-nonsense at each other? Sign us up, because we can relate to everything but the famous part. Witherspoon is the clear star of the video — both because Delevingne's camera remains pointed at her and because it's her southern drawl captivating the group with comments on Delevingne's name. "I don't know what your fucking name is." "That fucking french!" "If you force me to say your last name, I'll be fucked." There's also Deschanel muttering along with Witherspoon's attempts at pronunciation, as well as letting out a confused "WHERE ARE WE??" We must thank Delevingne for gracing the world with the presence of these videos on her instagram — even if her deletion of them points to some tinge of regret.

Overall it seems like these women had a pretty fun night — they've got the signature drunk girl "I love you's" to prove it — and we must all keep in mind Witherspoon's wisdom upon reflecting further on Delevingne's name:

"[You know] what's the most important thing in a name, for a girl? It's that a man can whisper it in his pillow."

This conveniently leaves out that Delevingne's most recent public paramore is in fact a lady and not a man, and there are some PC nitpicks we could definitely get into with this comment, as well. But we'll leave that alone for now and just marvel in the intoxicated enchantment of both of these videos.
