Check Out The Official 'Girl Meets World' Poster

Here's a look at the official poster for Girl Meets World , the very much awaited spinoff of Boy Meets World. The poster is totally adorable — you know, as a poster for a family-friendly sitcom about learning life's lessons should be. Cue the studio audience's collective "awwwww" right about now, please.

The poster shows the titular "girl," Riley (Rowan Blanchard), at the bottom, with her parents Cory and Topanga (Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel, respectively) looking over their daughter, as they silently muster up a season's worth of parental platitudes. Alongside Mom and Dad stands Riley's brother, Auggie (August Maturo) and Riley's BFF, Maya (Sabrina Carpenter). The show also features a bit of a shout-out to the original show's logo, with a world standing in for the letter "o."

We shouldn't get too hyped up, though, as the trailer proved to be...well, less than the original series, but then again, maybe we're just too old for this stuff. Also, there is no Will Friedle or Joey Lawrence, but alas, life shall go on.

There's still no date for the show's premiere, but we'll definitely tune in out of curiosity, at the very least. And, yeah, the poster is a great throwback... and I love me some throwbacks.
