Is This Romance? Or Teamwork?

Pretty, pretty, pretty please let Daario Naharis and Daenerys Targaryen get together on Game of Thrones . That's all I want, ever. (And I'm assuming I'm not the only GoT lover that is in support of their relationship considering the overwhelming amount of Darrio and Daenerys fan fiction that's been written.)

Now, truth be told, I haven't read the books — ugh, I know, I'm the worst — but the thing is, I'm enjoying the actual TV show too much to even care. Of course, the downside is that my curiosity often outruns the speed of the show, and I find myself wanting to know everything that happens to all of my favorite characters before it's actually happened. And because the Internet is brimming with GoT spoilers, thanks to the books, all of the answers are within reach... like whether or not there's a steamy future for Daario and Daenerys. (Although I'm still not over the fact that Ed Skrein, the actor who played the studly warrior in Season 3 left and forced producers to recast Michael Huisman as Daario in Season 4. I just really need Skrein's piercing blue eyes and adorable dimples back in my life.)

THEY TOTALLY DO.

Obviously George R. R. Martin knows what's up. According to the A Song of Ice and Fire book series (more specifically, A Wiki of Ice and Fire), Daenerys and Daario totally have sex. At some point after he helps Daenerys and her army conquer Mereen, the two lovers begin their torrid affair. (Anyone else wonder how Ser Barristan is going to take it?)

I mean, none of this is really a surprise, right? Daario has already killed two men for her back in Season 3, battled and killed another for her in Season 4, and spends his days attempting to swoon her with flowers and sweet whispers of longing. Check out what he said to her in the books:

My sword is yours. My life is yours. My love is yours. My blood, my body, my songs, you own them all. I live and die at your command, fair queen.

Of course, we have no clue if GoT is going follow this storyline in Season 4 or 5, or even show it at all — although, they would be crazy not to. So as the sexual tension continues to mount, all I can say is: GoT, I'm waiting.
