As we know, because he offended, like, a million of his fans while he was there, Justin Bieber was recently in Japan running away from his problems. While there, Bieber's inner fashionista really came out. In fact, Justin Bieber "is fashion." Did you know that? I didn't until I visited his Instagram and saw him profess it himself.
Bieber did a lot of experimenting with layering while in Japan and it was really avant gar— douchey. It was douchey. There it is. It's out there. The cards are on the table and you know what you're getting into.

This is not so much an outfit as a lack thereof, but it had to be included. Not only did he decide to take a dramatic photo with his shirt falling off, but he decided to post a photo where it appears he has a woman’s breast. It’s a trick of the lighting, but still.
