Did 'Southern Charm's Cameran Get Married?
It sounds like what could have been one of Southern Charm's biggest moments may have happened over the weekend without a single Tweet, Instagram pic, or announcement of an announcement from the always chatty Thomas Ravenel. Apparently, Cameran Eubanks got married on Saturday, but there isn't much information out there about the supposed nuptials. Come on, Cameran! You're on TV! Don't you know you're supposed to let everyone in on your personal life?
There is some evidence out there that makes it seem that the most down-to-earth Southern Charm cast member actually got married, so let's take a look at the facts.
The Report
A Reality Tea writer, in an article about Whitney Sudler-Smith's German celebrity girlfriend, mentioned that her friend was going to Cameran's wedding. "It's a bit surreal to be writing this post about a Southern Charm romance as I wait on one of my dearest friends to arrive at my house. She's in town for the wedding Cameran Eubanks. [sic.]"
What? Huh? You can't just throw that out there and go on talking about Whitney like it's nothing. We need to know about Cameran's wedding!
The Lack of Tweets
Cameran has not said anything about the wedding on Twitter and her feed is primarily retweets. Booooo! Her costars, who may or may not have been invited, haven't mentioned it either.
The Fiancé
We know that Cameran has a fiancé because she mentioned him when she was a guest on Watch What Happens Live and said that he didn't want to be featured on Southern Charm. This means that the wedding probably isn't being kept secret so that it can later appear on the show.
Also, my research found that the fiance/probable husband's name is Jason Wimberly. If you search for Jason Wimberly, this Equinox instructor and creator of #wimberlean" comes up first, but if you go a little deeper (and follow the advice of random message boards), it sounds like Cameran's Jason Wimberly is a doctor.
The Registry
A quick search of Cameran Eubanks wedding brings up links to her gift registries. Cameran and Jason were registered at Pottery Barn, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Bloomingdales. The site also confirms their wedding date as April 12, 2014. This is the best piece of evidence there is because unless it's completely fake or real but with a fake wedding date, it sounds like Cameran did get married on Saturday.
So congrats, Cameran! And fantastic job being on a popular reality show and (almost) having your wedding go undetected.
