Friday's 'Vampire Diaries' Episode Will Be Intense

If you thought Caroline Forbes was fierce before, just wait and see what she’s like when she goes into full on protective mom-mode after Caroline and Alaric's kids are kidnapped. In an exclusive clip of Friday's upcoming episode (below), Caroline and Alaric are absolutely, and rightfully, in a panic over their missing children. It’s been two long weeks since the previous episode of The Vampire Diaries aired and fans were left with some pretty crazy revelations. After making us believe that Georgie was a villain, Sybil unveiled the truth to Stefan that the nanny, Seline, is the second siren. Now the hunt for the girls is officially on.

As per usual in The Vampire Diaries world, pretty much everything is in disarray and the future seems bleak for everyone. Not to mention the fact that last episode, Sybil got out of her cell and is officially on the loose. To make matters even worse, she took the only tool they have that can suppress her mind control.

In the episode clip, Alaric is calmly trying to talk to the cops about the last time he saw the twins while Caroline, a lot more forcefully, asks the police officer whether or not they’re going to disseminate the photos and get their kids back. At this point, I think it might be best to use that little thing called compulsion to get that photo out there.

If we’ve learned anything about Caroline Forbes over the years, it’s that she’s stubborn, orderly, and will pretty much do anything for the people she cares about. Her children are obviously no exception to this and, even more so, she would die to keep them safe. Awhile back, Candice King posted a photo of herself on Instagram with dots all over her face with the hashtag “special effects.” People were concerned that it meant she might die, and if there’s anything that might get her in a deadly situation, it could be this...

At this point, all fans know about the girls’ location is that they just used their magic to burn Georgie's body and Seline was taking them to see Cade. One can assume the only way to bring Cade out is by using magic. Things are looking pretty damn good for the sirens right about now.

Nothing would be more devastating than the loss of Caroline Forbes. Hopefully Alaric and Stefan get to her before she goes on a rampage, especially since she has no idea how to fight the enemy.
